About the Broker: Carol Ann Williams is a dynamic, high energy professional with significant experience in real estate sales, design, and management. She brokers two Real Estate Offices including Coastal Gems Real Estate, Inc., manages 3 homes and is proud of her four children, four Grandchildren and her mother, Grandma Jo.

Specializing in Contract writing of Real Estate, areas especially dear to her heart are: Tallahassee, Shell Point Beach and Wakulla Hardwood Hammocks, Dog Island, Carrabelle, Apalachicola, Eastpoint, Sumatra and Liberty Co. Pine Forests. She has sold all kinds of real estate in her 30 year career. Before selling real estate, she was an interior designer, draftswoman and worked closely with General Contractors and the Trades of Paint, Carpet, Draperies, Wall Paper and Furniture. Graduating from Florida State University in Interior Design, Huntsville High School in Huntsville, Alabama and originating from Cincinnati, Ohio, she keeps current by attending courses given by the State of Florida, the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, such as courses on Short Sales, Affordable Housing Solutions, Property Management, Law, Ethics and Continuing Education.
